PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-containing case from which each bag is easily taken out at a higher speed and which saves on a space in which the case is placed. SOLUTION: The bag-containing case 1 includes a box-like case 2 having a front face 2a, a back face 2b, left and right side faces 2c and 2d, a bottom face 2e, a top face 2f and used for storing bags 6 in it, and a plurality of the bags 6 stored in the case 2. The bags are laid one on another in the form of a laminated body. The laminated body is stored in the case 2 so that bends are vertically formed and the end faces of the bent laminated body face the side faces 2c of the case 2. The case 2 has a take-out opening forming part 3 for forming a take-out opening 5 through which each bag 6 is taken out from the case 2.
