PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of the possibility that occurrence of abnormal noise cannot be reliably prevented in a conventional vehicular outside mirror device. SOLUTION: A very small space can be formed in a sliding surface by providing a non-flat part consisting of embosses by emboss processing on an abutting surface 35 of a washer 6 to be abutted on an abutting surface 33 of a fitting part 12 of a mirror assembly 4. As a result, when the mirror assembly 4 is turned around the shaft 3, the mirror assembly slides between the abutting surface 35 of the washer 6 on the fixed side including a base 2, the shaft 3 and a spring 10 and the abutting surface 33 of the fitting part 12 of the mirror assembly 4 on the turning side, and occurrence of abnormal noise can be reliably prevented.
