摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of getting rid of or lessening shocks caused at the time of reversing a machine tool table driven by a belt for performing a left movement, a right movement, and a reversing movement. SOLUTION: When the table 4 performs the left movement, the right movement, and the reversing movement by conveying a rotary movement of a three-phase induction motor to a belt member 19 arranged on the bottom face of the machine tool table 4, moving speed V<SB>t</SB>of the table, stroke width L<SB>s</SB>, a deceleration time t<SB>d</SB>, and an acceleration time t<SB>a</SB>are taught in from an electronic controller PLC in advance by using the electronic controller PLC, the three-phase induction motor M<SB>1</SB>, an inverter Iv, and an encoder Ec, and then, the table starts to move. The position of the table is confirmed with the number of pulse counts of the encoder Ec, and, when the number of pulse counts is coincided with the position of the table, the table of the machine tool is reversed by changing rotation of the three-phase induction motor so that the number of pulses of the inverter is changed.
