PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve softness of a hose without any deterioration of refrigerant penetration resistance in the innermost layer by containing 6-nylon and polyolefine in a resin layer in the innermost layer, forming an ocean phase of 6-nylon, forming an island phase of polyolefine, and dispersing 6-nylon in the island phase. SOLUTION: In a refrigerant conveying hose 10, an inner pipe layer 3 constructed of a resin layer 1 and an inner pipe rubber layer 2 is covered by an armor rubber 5 via an intermediate rubber layer 4 including reinforcing strings. In this case, the resin layer 1 serving as a gas barrier layer in the inner layer is formed of resin consisting of 58-72 pts.wt. of 6-nylon and 42-38 pts.wt. of polyolefine. In an ocean phase of the 6-nylon, island phases of polyolefine are dispersed, while inside the island phase of polyolefine, 6-nylon is scattered at random. As polyolefine, denatured EPR, a mixture principally consisting of denatured EPR, or the like is used. In addition, as rubber forming the inner pipe rubber layer 2 and the armor rubber 5, butyl group rubber or the like is used. |
