PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform more properly an inspection of a location and an angle of a cutting plane of a tube. SOLUTION: In a device, a laser beam deviation trajectory is drawn to internal surface of a tunnel or large diameter tube. Further, its reflected light is detected. Then, the deviation trajectory shape is recognized and automatic compensation of the gap of self installation position is carried out. The laser beam deviation trajectory is corrected so as to have the location and angle which are to be designated. It makes it possible to conduct easily the inspection of the cutting plane of the tube by indicating the location and angle of the cutting plane correctly. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
