PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform recording device capable of setting recording conditions including setting values in a time-axis direction appropriately and easily. SOLUTION: The waveform recording device 1 is provided with a measuring portion for creating measurement data on an input signal, and a controller for making a recording portion record the created measurement data when the recording conditions are fulfilled, and moreover making a display portion 7 display a first signal waveform of the input signal based on the recorded measurement data. When waveform display conditions are fulfilled (when directions to display an operation condition setting screen 10 are received), the controller creates waveform displaying data based on the created measurement data, and moreover makes the display portion 7 display signal waveforms Wa1, Wa2 (second signal waveform) of the input signal based on the created waveform displaying data.
