PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of improving durability by promoting circulation in a tank longitudinal direction in regard to a circulation medium in a tank, and reducing thermal stress following temperature distributions in the tank and a core part. SOLUTION: In a radiator 1 provided with a pair of long tanks 2, 3 having ports 13, 15 to be respectively used as openings of the circulation medium and arranged at a predetermined interval, a plurality of tubes 7 arranged between the pair of tanks 2, 3 and piercing respectively corresponding tank 2, 3, and fixed thereto and the core part 4 arranged between adjacent tubes 7 and comprised of a fin 8, a rib 18 is provided, capable of promoting circulation of the circulation medium circulating in the tank longitudinal direction in the tank 2.
