PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the construction industry, a reduction in a construction work amount and shortening of a construction period are requested recently on a commercial standpoint and for protection of local environment, and use of temporary construction frames made of wood or metal is another issue in terms of cutting down of wooden material as environmental protection resources and large heat energy consumed for machining of the metal frames, among global environmental protectionism and in a movement for evading abnormal weather. SOLUTION: A rapid solidifying and non-removal temporary frame for concrete is invented as one recycling model in the construction industry, utilizing waste materials usually to be discarded. The temporary frame needs not to be removed and can be employed in the building strength calculation under the Building Standard Law. The temporary frame also can greatly help to shorten the construction period. The non-removal and highly water-absorbing construction (temporary) frame is developed as a construction frame for concrete structure, with which matters of the environment, construction efficiency and recycling can be improved and solved.
