PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle and a mesh having a corrosion resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance, particularly having improved heat resistance which is a problem of a nozzle formed by perforating various saphire or carbon plates and used to jet the solder particles to recover solder balls for solder classification or a nozzle used for an inkjet type printer using various inks to contribute to printing. SOLUTION: The hole or the whole periphery of the nozzle or the mesh used for a high temperature metal liquid, a strong oxidation reduction solution or a strong acid or alkaline solution is coated with a diamond like carbon (DLC) film with a prescribed thickness.
