PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition which exhibits stable light shielding property without depending on molding or processing conditions and is applicable to various shapes and to conditions for processing it into the shapes. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition having excellent light shielding property comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin (A), 5-25 parts by weight of titanium oxide (B), 0.1-5 parts by weight of a silsesquioxane (C), 0.005-2 parts by weight of an organic metal salt compound (D), and 0.01-2 parts by weight of a fiber-forming type fluorine-containing polymer (E).
