PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an antipeptide antibody specifically recognizing wheat LTP and develop an examination method specifically detecting wheat LTP. SOLUTION: Provided are an anti-wheat lipid transfer protein peptide antibody prepared by using a partial peptide composed of the seventeenth to 27th amino acids of wheat LTP as an antigen, a wheat allergen examination method to perform the immunologic reaction by using the antibody, and an allergen examination kit containing the antibody.
