A packaging bag (30) has an interlocking device (1) having an engageable/disengageable pair of a male member (11) and a female member (12). The male member (11) has a belt-like male base (151) provided on a packaging bag body (20) and also has a male type interlocking section protruding from the belt-like male base (151). The female member (12) has a belt-like female base (152) provided at a position facing the belt-like male base (151) and also has a female type interlocking section protruding from the belt-like female base (152) and forming an interlocked section (10) by disengageably engaging with the male type interlocking section. The belt-like male and female bases (151, 152) are made of a resin having a tensile elasticity modulus of not less than 700 MPa but not greater than 1600 MPa. The interlocked section (10) is made of a resin having a tensile elasticity modulus of not less than 110 MPa but not greater than 560 MPa.
