The instrument has a branch section (1) with a ring (2) movably arranged at the branch section in a rotatable manner for accommodating fingers. The ring and the branch section are connected with each other by a pin (3). The ring is provided with a rest arrangement i.e. star-shaped rest arrangement, in a circumference (12), where the rest arrangement exhibits rest recesses. The ring has an opening (4.1) for accommodating the pin, where the pin is welded in the opening. The branch section has a recess for a rest element. |
