A clean irrigation water supply system and a method for converting irrigation water by using the same are provided to reduce installation expenses and to gain reduction efficiency of BOD and removal of floating matters. A clean irrigation water supply system includes a pre-treatment apparatus, an inflow pump, and a purification apparatus. The purification apparatus includes piping(2), a housing(6), an auto-cartridge(7), a pressure sensor(10), and a drainpipe(9). The piping is connected to the inflow pump. The auto-cartridge includes a mesh, a suction nozzle(19), a pressure nozzle(15), and an up and down unit(8). The mesh filters floating matters in irrigation water.
