A lid of a roasting device with the direct heat is provided to increase the thermal efficiency with the stack effect by opening one or more heat exhaust ports. A roasting device with the direct heat comprises: a furnace of the roasting device using the heating source of charcoal fire, coal, gas, electricity; one or more oil outlet set on the top of an oil tray(34) to be settled; and a lid(50) on a grill(21). The center area of lid is a shape of convex dome. The lid has one and more heat exhaust ports(32). The lid is made of non-combustible metal, ceramics, and reinforcing glass. |
