Provided is a diet beverage using raw red pepper containing the large amount of capsaicin, which is effective for decreasing body fat. A method for preparing diet beverage using raw red pepper comprises the following steps of: inputting raw red pepper in water having a temperature of less than boiling point in order to extract components of the raw red pepper; and mixing the raw red pepper extracts to supplementary materials to prepare the diet beverage. 200-400kg of water is added to 1kg of raw red pepper. The mixture of the water and raw red pepper is extracted at 40-80°C for 40-60 hours. The supplementary materials represent 75-85wt% of water, 7-15wt% of liquid fructose, 0.5-1.0wt% of cider, 0.1-0.3wt% of strawberry natural pigment, 0.01-0.1wt% of vitamin C, 0.01-0.1wt% of citric acid and 3-5wt% of poly dextrose. |
