A loudspeaker assembly is disclosed. The loudspeaker assembly includes a frame for removable attaching transducer assemblies; a woofer assembly; a rotating and pivoting tweeter assembly which includes a high-frequency transducer; a woofer frame retainer; a twist-lock baffle and a woofer frame supporting a low-frequency transducer. The loudspeaker assembly may include grilles for protection and appearance. It may be mounted in a free-standing loudspeaker unit, in a wall, in a ceiling or in a vehicle.
