The Fitness-Egg is made from light density polyurethane rubber. It is an elliptical sphere shape. It is filled using between twenty and thirty five grams of polyurethane rubber, depending on the required density. The Fitness-Egg is designed especially for the purpose of use as a fitness apparatus to strengthen finger and hand muscles which in turn is intended to improve performance technique when playing a musical instrument or using any sports equipment that requires the use of hands and fingers. The apparatus is intended for use by musicians who play an instrument, sportsmen and sportswomen who use sports equipment, or patients who are recovering from hand or finger injuries. In addition medical and holistic practitioners may use this apparatus to strengthen their hands for the purposes of administering treatment more efficiently. |
