A precision machine-tool is provided to precisely process a workpiece as the macroscopic movement of a processing tool is controlled by a position control unit and the processing tool is shuttled with a round-trip driving unit. A precision machine-tool(100) comprises: a stage(120) moving backward and forward, having a support unit(130) supporting a workpiece; a machine tool body(110); a head(143) supporting a workpiece processing tool; a head unit(140) moving to all direction, backward and forward, and left and right and upward and downward; a position controlling device(150) adjusting the location of the head unit; and a round-trip driving unit shuttling the head unit to left and right. |
