PROCESS FOR PREPARING PHOSPHOTUNGSTIC ACID POWDER WITH AN ATOMIZER

A process for preparing phosphotungstic acid powder using an atomizer is provided to manufacture powder of phosphotungstic acid into uniform corpuscles and to manufacture phosphotungstic acid consecutively. A process for preparing phosphotungstic acid powder using an atomizer(12) comprises a step for converting a phosphotungstic acid solution into a droplet and a step for manufacturing phosphotungstic acid powder by drying the droplet of the phosphotungstic acid and spraying the droplet with hot blowing air to a chamber(14). Content of the phosphotungstic acid added to the phosphotungstic acid solution is 10~90 weight%. The hot blowing air is supplied by an electric heater(13) maintained by temperature of 150~250°C.
