<p>The device has an electrically actuatable lock and a key, which have a power supply with a thin-film solar cell (6). The solar cell is fitted at an area, which is exposed to light, of the key and/or a part electrically connected to the lock, or below an energy-transmissive area of the lock, the key and/or the part. The solar cell is formed as an organic solar cell, a dye solar cell and a polymer plastic solar cell, and has amorphous silicon, microcrystalline silicon, gallium arsenide, germanium, cadmium telluride, copper-indium-gallium-sulfur-selenium-bonds and/or copper-indium-diselenide.</p> |
