摘要 A method for correcting magnification from a central axis shift in an X-ray computed tomography apparatus is provided to obtain a clear three dimensional image without a blurring phenomenon. A virtual model(230) is prepared. The center of the virtual model is matched with a center(255) of a central axis(250) of an X-ray CT(Computed Tomography) apparatus(200). The virtual model is arranged on the X-ray CT apparatus. The virtual model is scanned by the X-ray CT apparatus. The detector plane data is obtained. The middle plane data of the virtual model is extracted from the detector plan data. The measurement length of the middle plane data of the virtual model is obtained. The measurement length of the middle plane data of the virtual model is compared with the reference length. The magnification rate of the middle plane data of the virtual model is obtained. The center of the central axis is corrected by using the magnification rate of the middle plane data of the virtual model.
