A mold transfer device is provided to control the left-right rotation angle and the angle of inclination of the guide rail guiding the movement of the mold. A mold transfer device comprises: a fixed unit(10) fixed to the wall and in which a path having a guide rail(1) passed is opened to the either side; a platform unit(40) combined in the fixed unit and selectively supported in the wall, having a mold plate(50); a drive unit(20) combined in the fixed unit and in which the fixed unit is relatively moved along the guide rail and the wall; and a lifer(60) installed at between the platform unit walls and rotating the platform unit around the fixed unit in order to control the angle of inclination.
