PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING AND TREATING OF ALLERGIC DISEASES COMPRISING EXTRACT OF SOPHORAE FLOS

A pharmaceutical composition containing Sophorae flos extracts is provided to inhibit secretion of allergy inducers from mast cells and suppress production of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha) and IL-4. A pharmaceutical composition contains Sophorae flos extracts as active ingredients obtained by extracting Sophorae flos with hot water. A method for preparing Sophorae flos extracts comprises the following steps of: washing and pulverizing Sophorae flos buds and heating the powder in hot water for 2-3 hours to prepare Sophorae flos extracts; filtering and concentrating the Sophorae flos extracts; and freeze-drying the Sophorae flos extracts at a temperature of -80°C to obtain Sophorae flos extracts powder.
