A slide device including a guide plate and a portable terminal including the same are provided to slide the moving body of the mobile terminal along a longitudinal direction of fixture. A fixed body(40) includes guide surfaces. A moving body(20) is connected in fixture. The moving body slides according to one-way to one end and the other end of the fixture. One end of a resilient unit(60) is connected to the fixture. The other end of the resilient unit is connected to the moving body. The resilient unit provides the elastic force. The moving body moves to one end and the other end of fixture. The other end of the resilient unit slides according to the guide plate.
