A discharge valve of a linear compressor is provided to reduce the weight while ensuring the strength by dispersing stress through weight reduction holes arranged uniformly. A discharge valve of a linear compressor comprises a mounting part(621) protruded in the center, an extension part(622) formed in the radial direction of the central part, and a rim part(623). In a mounting part, a discharge valve spring is mounted. The extension part is extended to be thinner from the central part, and includes a plurality of weight reduction grooves(622a~622e). The rim part is formed at the specific thickness along the circumference of the extension part.
