A cooling fan is provided to increase air volume in identical hydrostatic condition by raising pressure of fluid, operating in a first shift blade, with a second shift blade. A cooling fan comprises: a hub(110) coupled in a driving shaft; and a plurality of blades(120) formed in the outer circumference of the hub at regular intervals. The blade is formed in a plurality of groups and is arranged in the columnar direction of the hub at regular intervals. The blade is arranged into two shifts in the longitudinal direction of the hub. The blade group comprises a first shift blade(122) and a second shift blade(124). The blade within the group has identical columnar direction interval of the hub.
