A low pressure maintenance valve is provided to prevent malfunction by steadily operating in low pressure and having compact structure and reduce replacement cost in case low pressure maintenance valve is replaced by replacing a weight plumb. A low pressure maintenance valve comprises a lower assembly(20), and a middle assembly(30) and an upper assembly(40). The lower assembly comprises: a stepped portion(22) formed in the outer circumference; and a fixing ring(60) mounted on the stepped portion. The middle assembly comprises: a joint(32) formed on the top of the lower assembly; a valve seat(33); a coupling part(34) coupled with the lower assembly; a plurality of inlet holes(35) formed in the inner side of the valve seat; and a plurality of outlet holes(36) formed in the outer side of the valve seat.
