The wall (30) has a panel (32) extended between four sides of a frame (31), where each side has an oblique long wing extended to the exterior from the frame to the panel such that the panel covers the frame and hooks (20). The side has a horizontal cleat (38) extended parallely to the panel and clipped on one of the hooks by an elastic engagement in a flexible lower housing (22) of the hook. A sealing joint (39) is partially extended on an upper surface of the cleat so as to be flattened between the frame and edges of surfaces e.g. slabs (1, 2), of a false wall i.e. suspended ceiling. An independent claim is also included for a method for covering a surface.
