Control of the blade tip clearance of the high-pressure turbine of a turbomachine

The turbine stage has a rotor comprising a disk with mobile blades that rotate inside a sealing ring (22) held by a turbine casing (24). An annular thermal protection sheet mounted between the casing and the ring. The protection sheet is formed by a semi-annular curved plate (56) mounted end-to-end and attached by a fixation pin (70) on the casing. The pin comprises an end (80) exterior to the casing, where the end is set on a washer. The washer is threaded on the end of the pin and is applied on a radial external surface of the casing.
