METHOD FOR CO-OWNERSHIPING MULTIMEDIA MESSAGE

A method for sharing multimedia message is provided to enable a client to utilize a community activity on wireless network having an excellent mobility and portability by offering a personal MMBBS(Multimedia Message Bulletin Board System) and a community MMBBS. An SMSC(Short Message Service Center)(125) makes an SMS and an MMS through an SMPP(Short Message Peer to Peer) protocol as a compatible link. An SMSC notifies various information generated during the MMS service process to each MMS agent(120). A function for checking state of a message about a multimedia message processed through an MMSC(Multimedia Messaging Service Center)(130) is provided. The processed multimedia message is provided through the wireless application protocol gateway to the MMS agent. An MMS branch processor(135) of the MMSC processes the MMS delivered from each of MMS agents as the multimedia message for the existing multimedia message and an MMBBS(105).
