A cosmetic composition containing lavender oil or rosemary oil is provided to prevent a separation phenomenon of a product after all processes of the cosmetic composition, thereby securing stability and safety of the product. A method for preparing a cosmetic composition comprises a step of mixing hydrogenated caster oil, lavender oil, rosemary oil and alcohol to be dissolved at a temperature range of 40-50°C. A body cosmetic composition contains the lavender oil or rosemary oil. A method for preparing the body cosmetic composition consists of a step of mixing the lavender oil or rosemary oil to a normal cosmetic composition.
