A lung cancer diagnostic kit including a lung cancer diagnostic substrate is provided to confirm whether lung cancer exists or not with only a blood sample in order to diagnose the lung cancer in an early stage. A lung cancer diagnostic substrate comprises: one to eight antibodies selected among anti-paraoxonase 3 antibody, anti-biglycan antibody, anti-granzyme K antibody, anti-fibronectin 1 antibody, anti-apamin antibody, anti-interferon alpha 14 antibody, anti-relaxin 2 antibody and anti-apolipoprotein F antibody; and a solid support wherein an antibody is adhered through a hydrogen bond, an aldehyde bond and a poly-L-lysine bond or a connector bond thereof. A lung cancer diagnostic kit contains a detection unit for detecting lung cancer specific antigen boned with the antibodies of the lung cancer diagnostic substrate.
