A blowout reducing baffle tool of the automotive engine is provided to reduce the blowout amount of the engine by setting up the vacuum pump oil spout unit guide. A blowout reducing baffle tool of the automotive engine comprises a head cover(10) which has a vacuum pump mounting unit(14) and a blowby discharge port(11). The head cover includes a pair of oil drain members which are formed in the inside upper end, a blowby and an oil droplet inlet port which are formed behind the one side of inside top, and a vacuum pump oil spout section guide which is prepared in front of inside upper end.
