A capillary tube is provided to prevent vortex flow, vibration and noise, generated by high speed flux and centrifugal force of refrigerant, through a first winding part and a second winding part. A capillary tube comprises a first winding part(103) and a second winding part(104). The second winding part has a winding axis(B) which is at a right angle to the winding axis(A) of the first winding part. The first winding part is arranged in order to be close to an inlet pipe(101). The outlet pipe of the first winding part is curve-cut rearward and is formed as a bent portion(105). The second winding part is connected to the end of the bent portion. The first winding part is arranged to the upper side than the second winding part. The torque and vibration of refrigerant are effectively reduced.
