METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DIAMOND-CONTAINING WHEEL USING THERMAL SPRAY COATING

A manufacturing method of diamond tool using low temperature spray coating is provided to prevent thermal damage by metallic foil formed at a surface of the diamond particle and to form a coating layer of which quality is stabilized. A manufacturing method of diamond tool using low temperature spray coating comprises a step of coating diamond particle and bond-metal particle on a substrate at a low temperature. The diamond particle in which a metallic foil is coated is used as the diamond particle. The metallic foil is made of one selected from nickel, cobalt and titanium. A thickness of the metallic foil is 1-20mum. A size of the diamond particle is 5-200mum. A pressure of the gas at the low temperature spray coating step is controlled to 10-30bar.
