<p>The apparatus has symmetrical polygonal heads (9) for feeding fasteners (5) to a processing station, and a tubular piece (10) comprising running grooves (11, 12) provided in a feed channel, where a number of grooves is based on a number of edges (8) of the heads. The grooves taper from large width to narrow width in a transport direction such that the fasteners entering the tubular piece are captured with large clearance. The tubular piece is left with narrow clearance in aligned position.</p> |
