摘要

A driver of a semiconductor device is provided to reduce layout area and parasitic capacitance by receiving data and code through one transistor. A pre-driver(100) outputs a selection signal corresponding to the result which is combination of data and a first code signal. A main driver(200) controls the impedance of output data according to the output of the pre-driver. The main driver comprises a first code controller, a second code controller, and a data controller. The first code controller controls the impedance of output data according to a selection signal. A second code controller controls the impedance of output data according to the second code signal. The data controller transmits the output of the second code controller to the output terminal.
