The system has an interface (6) in the form of projection and housed in a retention cavity (4) of a substrate (3) of a panel (1) for forming a retention connection to retain the projection in the cavity. A contact interface (7) is associated to a rigid frame (2). The retention cavity and the interface (6) are extended on the length of a side of the substrate. The interface (6) is carried by a profile (9) extending on the length of the side of the substrate, where substrate is made of glass. The contact interface ensures connection between the profile and the frame.
