SILM MOUSE FOR MOBILE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A slim type mouse and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to miniaturize the mouse by using a plurality of tactile sensors. A spacer for weight bumper(2) and a keypad(3) are sequentially laminated on an upper part of a tactile sensor(1). A plurality of domes(4a,4b) are installed at a lower part of the tactile sensor. The tactile sensor comprises upper/lower films(11,12), upper/lower resistance patterns(13,14) and a spacer(15). The upper/lower films have metal layers(11a,12a). The upper/lower resistance patterns includes click parts(13a,14a) and sensing parts(13b,14b). The spacer separates upper/lower resistance patterns from each other. A click protruded part(2a) is formed in a portion opposite to the click part. A sensing protruded part(2b) is formed in a portion opposite to the sensing part.
