<p>A tray (1) for serving food, particularly confectionery items, comprises a support portion (2) suitable to support the food to be served and one or more guide grooves (3) suitable to guide cut means suitable to cut the food supported by the support portion (2) along cut paths. The guide grooves (3) extend according to groove extension lines having longitudinal profiles which define the cut paths on the support portion (2) and transversal profiles which define plunging paths for the cut means transversally to the support portion (2) along the cut paths. The transversal profiles of the guide grooves (3) comprise one or more ridges (4) and one or more valleys (5) arranged on different levels transversally to the support portion (2).</p> |
