A hardness tester for materials and components having a curved surface, and a hardness measurement method thereof are provided to minimized the hardness error of parts by indenting an indenter on a surface close to a plane among surfaces of parts at a right angle and measuring surface hardness. A hardness tester for materials and components having a curved surface comprises: a stage(100) in which a material or a part is fixed; a regulating unit(200) rotating the stage around a centripetal point; a supporting unit(300) having a support plate(310) mounted with the regulating unit and a support bar(320) extended in the support plate; a laser unit(400) irradiating a laser in the material or the part and receiving reflection light; and a hardness measuring unit(600) measuring the hardness of the material or the part.
