CULTIVATION METHOD OF SPROUT VEGETABLES USING THE TWIGS OF MULBERRY TREE

A method for cultivating sprout vegetables using twigs of a mulberry tree is provided to optimize conditions for growth of the sprout vegetables by attaching the spout to the twigs and storing the twigs of the mulberry tree at low temperature. A method for cultivating sprout vegetables using twigs of a mulberry tree comprises the following steps of: collecting and storing the twigs of the mulberry tree at moisture of 80-90% in 4-6°C; sterilizing the twigs with a Sodium Hypochlorite aqueous solution of 0.001-0.1M; cultivating the sprout vegetables by adhering the spouts on the twigs. In case a storing period increases, the number of cultivating days is shortened.
