A toy rocket launching device includes a stand 10 and a positioning unit 21,22 is pivotably connected to the stand. A control unit includes a control member (31 figure 5A) which has a first end connected to an injection nozzle (51) of the rocket and a second end of the control member (31) extends through the positioning unit 21,22 and is secured by a threaded sleeve 33. A valve (32) is inserted into the first end of the control member (31) and a cap 34 is mounted on the first end of the control member (31). An activation member 24 is located in the positioning unit 21,22 and multiple balance cables 42 are connected between the activation member 24 and the cap 34. An end of an activation cable 41 is connected to a centre of the activation member 24 so that when the activation cable 41 is pulled, the cap 34 is simultaneously pulled to activate the injection nozzle to launch the toy rocket. The arrangement of the balanced cables provides a toy rocket launching device which launches the toy rocket without the tendency of the rocket to tilt. |
