摘要 A CNOT gate and a logic circuit including the same are provided to perform the control with only the voltage applied to a gate without the magnetic field by using the polarized intervalley state of a silicon quantum dot, thereby miniaturizing a quantum computer. A CNOT gate(Controlled Not Gate)(100) comprises the first tunneling junction structure(110), the second tunneling junction structure(120) and a plurality of quantum dots formed in the first and second tunneling junction structures. The first tunneling junction structure forms the path for electrons between the first source electrode(118) and the first drain electrode(119). The second tunneling junction structure forms the path for electrons between the second source electrode(125) and the second drain electrode(126). After the operation of the CNOT gate is completed, the first detector(117b) detects the electrons tunneled to the first detection quantum dot(117a), and the second detector(124b) detects the electrons tunneled to tunneled to the second detection quantum dot(124a).
