A floor fountain structure and a system thereof are provided to reduce the risk of safety accident but improve the workability and the durability. A floor fountain structure comprises: a water tank(10) having a specific space in order for a fountain device(60) to be installed after excavating the ground to the specific depth; a slab(20) improving the durability and covering the water tank in the top; and one or more reinforcement frame(30) more intensifying the durability of the slab and supporting the slab in the lower part.
