A patient consultation scene composing method and a system for storing clinical information of a patient to an electric file and a system inquiry are provided to offer the comprised consultation screen by automatically composing consultation screen for inputting patient consultation scene for the medical information of patient. An item information database(210) especially records a consultation check item by a property category. A category identifying unit(220) distinguishes the property category about patient based on the patient information. A display unit(230) searches the consultation check item related to the identified property category from the item information database. The prepared electronic chart is outputted by including the searched consultation check item through the display unit. The item information database records a location identifier.
