A film type photosensitive transfer material is provided to be exposed after the removal of a base film and to improve the resolution of pattern. A film type photosensitive transfer material comprises a base film(40), resin protection layer(30), photosensitive resin layer(20) and protective film(10). The resin protection layer has adhesion power of 0.005 kgf/cm^2 or less defined as force per unit area which is required for releasing a PET film from 5cm to 8cm from the initial point.
