A blower fan is provided to reduce noise and the vortex of air in a hub area by tapering the inside diameter of a blade from a shroud to the hub. A blower fan comprises: a shroud(110); a hub(120) guiding the flow of the discharged air; and a plurality of blades(130) formed between the shroud and the hub. The inside diameter of the blade is tapered from the shroud to the hub. Therefore, the velocity vector of the air reduced in a part adjacent to the hub is increased. The flow of the air is stabilized by equaling the air velocity vector of the air inlet of the blade in case the velocity vector of the air reduced in the part adjacent to the hub is increased.
