A high corrosion resistance chromium-base stainless steel composition and a stainless steel manufacturing method are provided to reduce the cost price as Ni component of high price is not need to be contained. A high corrosion resistance chromium-base stainless steel manufacturing method comprises: a step of making the alloy steel consisting of carbon(C) less than 0.025 weight%, silicon(Si) less than 1.0 weight%, manganese(Mn) less than 1.0 weight%, phosphorus(P) less than 0.04, sulfur(S) less than 0.03 weight%, chrome(Cr) 20.00-23.00 weight%, copper(Cu) 0.30-0.80 weight%, titanium(Ti) less than 0.80 weight%, nitrogen(N) 0.025 weight%, iron(Fe); a step rolling the alloy steel at the temperature condition of 30°C-60°C after a surface polishing step; a step of heat-treating the cooling-rolled board material at the temperature of 950°C-1000°C in the anoxic atmosphere; and a step of performing the surface dry polishing by using an abrasive belt after a temper rolling step. |
